As somebody who was justifiably banned a while ago can I just say that anybody who doesn't like the way the moderators of this board behave can post elsewhere. Try Rivals for a start.

Indeed, those who keep starting these petty squabbles do tend to take over pretty much every thread they post in. Its getting very boring and ruining the site for many others.

The mods i reckon have been fairly restrained over it as well.

It always amazes me how civil you are in emails (such as the one yesterday) and PMs away from the public eye. I suppose it would blow your renegade image to be seen to be polite.

Anyway...

Marvin has admin status as NSC runs on his hosting account - we split the hosting fees between us, and I pay for any extra bandwidth NSC burns. Seems fair enough to me. To the best of my knowledge he has never used the admin 'powers'.

Trigger has the same status as you - a member.

I'm an admin because, well, because I brought NSC back when it was all but dead. I'm not listed as a moderator because, as a rule, I don't moderate. If someone uses the 'report post to a moderator' feature - I don't get to see it - it goes to the named forum moderators. If however, I happen to see something in my normal use of NSC that I believe breaks the 'rules', I'll deal with it - although often I'll get a view from the other mods first - just to make sure.

One you've missed out - Turkey. When NSC moved to this platform, there was a whole load of shit that needed sorting out - a lot of it time consuming (restoring post counts etc). I just didn't have time - Turkey said he could help out if needed - and his help has proved invaluable.
