Leaders on the pitch

Who are the strong characters?
Kayal, Greer perhaps........
I ask this question after watching yesterday's disappointing defeat.

Greer's and Calderon's leadership were both missed yesterday.

Kayal seems to be the main leader on the pitch at the moment. Always busy, always urging his teammates on and always trying to move us further up the pitch.

Watching the game yesterday, there were clearly no leaders. However more worryingly there seemed to be a few cliques among the team and that is a really bad sign.

They are not leaders on the pitch. Captain and vice captain maybe. But not leaders.
