Long interview with Charlie about his book and his troubled upbringing - followed by Kevin ***** Day on a Palace v Brighton game from 1978*. Rustle Salad was the studio guest. Worth catching on iplayer if you only get the South version.

*Seem to remember that game was one of the few occasions they actually beat us around that time - that and the infamous 1-0 FA Cup replay of course.

Agreed , he seems almost likeable on most things , but then you remember he's P*l*ce - what a c**t

For someone's who profession is a Comedian he's never made laugh once :wanker:

Going to buy Charlie's book. Reckon it will a good read.
Nice to see Kevin Day have his say. At least Chappers said we will have our right to reply...

Not a long read by any means, but well worth two squid.

The only thing about Kevin Day which makes me laugh is that he's a 'famous' Palarse fan, a good joke there.

Just watched the London version all the way through. ( Usually skip bits. ) Very good, well worth a watch on iPlayer. Salad, Charlie, Gus mention of Adams, Mullers, with views from some unfortunate sarf Lundon ground, urrrg.

Watched the south-east one with Murty, it had a big piece on the Plymouth crisis. Then CRINGED when he read an email out from "an unsympathetic Brighton fan who says 'Plymouth, we're gonna hammer you tomorrow night' "

I watched the South East version and recorded the South version. Is it worth me watching, as we seem to get a better review on the south East show?

No - I watched both, but the London/SE version was much more interesting for an Albion fan.

That was the south one - not the south-east one.

Television programmes, especially football ones, should just not allow viewers to communicate with them.

They had a feature about changing centres of excellence, young players coaching etc - all in favour of the big boys :tosser:.
If this happens is there any hope left for us?
These fat cunts who shell out a bullseye a month for Sky Sports have a lot to answer for

London one in a couple of weeks time (next week or week after) will have as a closing "Derby Day" feature the Albion 1-0 win over Palace in October 2005. Just filmed a short piece to camera at Withdean eulogising Paul McShane!
