Still in Brighton
Interesting that some FA cup games have already been called off yet Derby have chosen that their entire first team will not be involved in their game but they'll send a team of u23s.

There's almost no change of getting these games rescheduled.

The FA will just have to lob teams out of the competition who can't field a team.

Derby are doing the right thing

U23s and U18s as half the U23s had trained with the first team, and are therefore isolating

At least we can guarantee Grealish didn't do anything selfish and self-centred, on NYE, putting others at risk.

Burnley as well and more cases at Man city, how much longer can professional football continue to bury their heads in the sand?

People often moaning about how the squad is "too nice" and following all the rules etc... but what you do on the pitch translates to what you do off it and vice versa. Not much covid shite in the Brighton camp so far this season... while there's luck and lack of luck, no coincidence I believe. Enough of the postponement nonsense, just let them play their U23s.

I have a feeling we might want to win this one...

As I’ve posted elsewhere, Villa were quite happy last year, when Liverpool were forced into fielding a team of kids in a cup tie, due to circumstances beyond their control (WCC). In fact they found it hilarious.

Boot on the other foot now.
