There has been a lane closure going east at times on the Polegate bypass while they made a new entrance close to the east end roundabout. We were wondering if they were going to put some houses or factory units there. Then all of a sudden a massive wind turbine have been erected. Pretty quick construction as well as it only took 5 days to go up.

I have a pair of binoculars, and made a point - late afternoon - of viewing the horizon through them.

What you can't see with the naked eye is that the stumps (which will eventually be the uprights) look like an invasion. Dozens of them in view. Quite a sight.
