Lara's race today

Well guys you may think the wheels have come off Lara's winning run, she was last today in an A7 but, she did a PB of 30.70 and she wasn't really running an A7 as the winner won the race in 30.20 thats A2 race form and Lara would never be able to keep up with that, so yes she was last but on the positive side she isn't being disgraced in the way she is running and maybe a downgrade will be on the cards.

I was there mark and thought it looked a quick race, didn't realise it was that quick!!!! Unusual to see her come last but can't argue with a PB time.
