[Help] Laptop repair recommendations

I spilled a glass of water over my Lenovo Legion laptop and there are no signs of life. It wasn’t cheap and isn’t old enough to immediately bin, so I would like to find someone who can take a look and advise on the possibility and cost of repair. Any recommendations for a potential saviour? Anyone based in Sussex would be great.
