Would that be this Henri Lansbury?

Henri Lansbury has revealed his determination to follow Jack Wilshere by breaking into the Arsenal side and England senior team next season. Lansbury came through the Gunners' youth ranks with fellow midfielder Wilshere, who has emerged as a star for club and country during the past year.

Wilshere spent the previous season on loan at Bolton before being given his big break by the Arsenal manager, Arsène Wenger, and Lansbury hopes his recent six-month loan spell at Norwich will produce the same result.

He has a chance to impress Wenger when he travels with England to Denmark for this month's European Under-21 Championship. "I think Arsenal's the goal now," said the 20-year-old ahead of England's warm-up friendly against Norway today. "I have to go back and give it a go from there. It's a chance for me to show the boss that I'm capable of a first-team place and it's up to me to do it."

That's what any player would say - if it's obvious he's not going to be getting near the team then he will probably re-think. And there are a LOT of good midfielders at Arsenal.

I have no idea how likely this is really, I know he's supposed to have done quite well at Norwich but people are going on like he's a young Zidane or something.

I know they loaned out lot of promising young players to Championship sides last season, but I'm sure Arsene Wenger will be keen to get the likes of Lansbury, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Craig Eastmond top-flight football for all of next term.

Given how well he's done at Norwich this season, I'm sure Lansbury especially will join another Premier League side - maybe a return to Norwich or perhaps someone like Fulham or QPR?

If Arsenal loan him out it is more likely he'll go to a Championship club to get more match time under his belt. The Theatre of Flair would be a good destination.

It would coup of the century to get this guy on a short term loan. Any talk of him signing permanently is ridiculous.

I dont know whether its just me, but everytime I saw Norwich play last season he was on the bench and used as a sub. Is he really that good to cement a starting place in a premier league team? Im not so sure.

People forget that because of Poyets playing style we are a good place for young Arsenal players to come out on loan to, plus the great man-management skills Gus has. I'm not saying we are going to get him but from Wengers point of view we must be an attractive offer, especially if we are going to be playing him week in week out. However I wouldn't of thought a permanent deal would be very likely.

He's a quality player, was at the England Under 21 game on Sunday and he came on as a sub and stood out among the premier league players coming. After that I doubt he will come, seemed to look like a premier league player, rate him very highly.

He's 20!!
Already helped Norwich to promotion, been in all the England teams for his age and made a few appearences for Arsenal. Yeah, he sounds crap

Already helped Norwich to promotion by sitting on the bench, been in all the England teams for his age just like the likes of Luke Chadwick and many other lower league ex-england u21 players ie leon knight. He's also made a few appearances for Arsenal just like Gavin Hoyte and Graham Barrett. So going by what you've seen on paper, yeah he must be amazing!
For me I'm judging him by what I've seen him do on a football pitch and he looks pretty average hence why Norwich didn't make a move and he failed to make ther first 11. He reminds me a little of that crap signing we got off Nottingham Forest who once played for Yeovil, Davies I think he was called.

I've seen him play a few times for Norwich and i think he looked good, we must of seen him on differant days. He also had a good spell at Watford playing very frequently when he was only a teenager. They seem fairly interested as he went back to Arsenal in January then extended his loan to the end of season.

Only after they failed to get Benno... so, is he that good?
