As NSC is the fount of all knowledge, I thought I'd ask the following question.

I need to find out the dates of when I used to live at a particular property in Seaford which was in the 1990's

Does anybody know if the Land Registry website or any other similar services that can provide this information.?

Only if you owned the property. I think it's about £5 to do a land registry search.

The free websites that you can trawl to see about house purchases in your area, which I think uses Land Registry data, only seem to go back about 6 years.

Try nethouseprices.com or something like that
