Lad arrested at Peterboro, what's the score?

Just remembered, when I walked into the ground about 2.45, there was a lad in handcuffs just past the stewards doing all the searches

He was surrounded by a few police and one of his mates, but he seemed to be taking it very calmly, and I'm just puzzled/nosey as to what he had done as he didn't look like a scraper or drunk!!

Had the stewards found some gear on him or something??
