Kuszczak must play against Arsenal.

He is the number one keeper and as such must play. This is the 4th round of the FA Cup against Arsenal, in front of a sell out Amex. Not the 1st round against Maidstone Utd. Other positions are subject to opinion and speculation, but not the keeper. He is number one, everyone knows he is number one and if he does not play it is a weakened side, which ever way you look at it and a stupid decision. I have often raised my eyebrows in the past with Poyet's selections but I fully expect him to start with the Pole in goal, regardless of what has been said before. Speculation that Ankergren would be the keeper for the cups, was before we drew Arsenal at home.

Agreed, but I wouldn't be surprised if he plays Ankergren. Remember he played Brezovan at Stoke in the FIFTH round of the cup.

I will scweam and scweam until I'm sick!

Once again I will point out that Ankergren has a pedigree of good FA cup wins, being the last keeper to keep a clean sheet at Old Trafford. Personally I don't mind if it is Ankergren or Kuszczak.

Agreed, but in a strange sort of way, I never thought we had a pray of winning that game. Where as call me crazy, but I really believe we can turn Arsenal over on Saturday. Especially if they roll into town with a billy big bollocks attitude, that they are just going to turn up and roll us over. They really aren't all that any more and the way we play, give me a homer against Arsenal rather than away against caveman Stoke everyday of the week and twice on a Sunday....Plus we are a 100% better squad now.

Have to agree on this one. I was a little angry when the team for Newcastle was announced.

My first reaction was "why have I paid £39 to watch the flapper?"

I fully expect to be annoyed again on Saturday.

It really doesn't matter who we start with in goal, I can't see arsenal having a shot on target anyway

Ankergren will be in goal. It seems to be the agreement that Gus has with his reserve goalkeepers.

That maybe the case, but Gus gets paid to do what's in the best interests of this football club, not to have his own personal agreements. And playing Ankergren, is clearly playing a weakened side, which is not good management. In a game I believe we can win...For the record I fully believe Gus will play TK, agreement or no agreement, he is not going to cut his nose of to spite his face, when he has the chance to be on the back page of every national newspaper and tv station Sunday morning.

More than confident that Casper can nullify any 14 year olds Arsenal choose to play up top. I presume Wenger is going to be chopping and changing too? Do they still do that these days?

I doubt it, the league has gone, they ain't going to win the champions league and they haven't won any silverware for 7 years. Arsenal will be full strength on Saturday, of that I have no doubt. But that doesn't mean they will have a full strength attitude.

A lot of clubs play their reserve keeper in cup games so that makes a lot of bad management. Ankergren copes with pressure games much better than Brezovan. Newcastle left Krul on the bench for instance.
Personally I think we will get trounced no matter who is in goal. I just hope we can keep it down to less than 0-3.

I dont't I think we will win. Call me crazy if you like but this game is right up...Bridge's, Lopez, Vicente, Orlandi's, Ulloa(hopefully) street. All these guys have played in big big games ans Arsenal are talior made for the way we play. True we could get thrashed(we will know when we see the team, three defensive midfielders and forget it) but we live in hope Poyet might let the attacking players off their leashes...Could be a 4-3 coming up,,,,,we live in hope.
