Had a good game yesterday, nothing he could do about the goals. why buy in a 2nd goalie and waste money when the rest of the team is obv where we must improve. most of the squad are decent but just need a bit more quality, esp at the back.

The match report on the Stags board said he kept us in it.

He did keep us in it. At 2-1 in the second half they "scored" a nailed on third goal from the right hand edge of the box until he stuck out a hand and deflected it wide. Not a bad game and as you say - no chance with the goals.

First goal was poor keeping IMHO as the player had hardly any angle to shoot at but still scored.

If Henderson had conceded some of the goals that FDM has in recent matches, I wonder what the reaction to him would be..

...you would probably have a queue of posters at B&Q buying up wooden planks for a cross and nails to attach him to it.

Should not of let the first goal in really.

I'd like to see this again on the TV. From my angle (North stand in line with the edge of the penalty box) it looked like Lynch let the guy run and run, no one got near him and FDM got his hand to a shot from close in. No reason to expect him to save that by right - he was unprotected and the strike was close to goal.

Mind you, their keeper in the second half made a blinding save from Elder's header.

For me he seemed rooted to his line and didnt close him down which he should of done to give the plaer less time.

Have you got freeview?

Press red on bbc 1 an it gives you an option of watching the cup goals

Didnt think that he was entirely to blame for either goal but could have and would have expected him to have done better with both. The first went uinder him or just tot he side of him that he should have got. The 2nd was very bad positioning by him as he scampered across his goal. The main contributor to both goals was Lynch who had yet another stinker and neither goal would have been scored with Rents or even Mayo defending there.

Can you promise me that if he has a good game one day, that you will sing his praises?

The first goal Kuipers should have done better. Much better.

So should of Cox in shutting his man down, Lynch positionally and Butters as the covering centre back.
