Great to have two such interesting candidates who both seem to have a similar playing philosophy and style to us.

Does anyway know anything about their backgrounds using and developing young/academy players as given our model feels like that will be a key thing for the final selection?

Knutsen has used a lot of academy players.

Some examples:

Matthias Normann (who was already promoted when Knutsen came but got his breakthrough under him), sold to Brighton. Jens Petter Hauge who they sold to AC Milan. Håkon Evjen, sold to AZ. Fredrik Björkan, sold to Hertha. Patrick Berg, sold to Lens. Also Ulrik Saltenes (the current captain) and a bunch of current other Glimt players.

I know a bit less about De Zerbi but he's not afraid of using young players.

I've voted for Knutsen purely on the basis that I like his name.

I know absolutely nothing about either of them.
