Not a golfer but the 18th looks fantastic. Was up there with Mrs V for a walk a year or so back and we were sat on the bench having a breather and a couple of chaps came over the hill and teed off, we stood up and applauded, they were well chuffed.

Actually if that is,as I suspect,the view westwards from the beach near Brunswick Square. Hove Lawns is a massive improvement but Dave Gilmours new gaff ruins it.

No,the block at the end of Hove Lawns,Used to belong to Mrs Eubank,only saving grace of that bunch of buildings is they hide the King Alfred.
