Good post. Their second eleven may find our clever boys more than bargained for.....on the day.

Okay it's not the same cup, but I seem to remember that this was played at Withdean the week they were bought by the richest football club owners in the world. Look who put our third penalty away.

Who was in goal for them that night? Joe Hart?

Kasper Schmeichel. He's improved at saving penalties, but he's still annoying.
Running out to grab the ball, before our last penalty, didn't seem to work for him.

Alas, they will probably be almost at full strength. Even if they aren't they'll just bung the odd world class replacement in.

These are their upcoming fixtures:

Going to be interesting to see what sort of side Pep picks with that run of games.

Oh, yes. But they are still not taking the cup lightly. He wants all four.

He does, but the league and Champions League have to be higher priority than the FA Cup.

If they end the season with a league cup and FA cup double and nothing else I would guess they would see the season as a failure.

The owners want to be European Champions now and that has to be the highest focus for Pep. However the team we play in the FA cup will still be fantastically strong.
