This was due to the fact we had sold out after fans drunk us dry! We enjoyed Amex record figures on catering for the Arsenal game, with more than 6000 more pints sold when compared with the previous match. We upped order levels, due to the extra, but due to an astonishing effort by the fans, the previous record was smashed by half-time.
