I'd hesitate before finding Spacey guilty in the court of public opinion.
Me too, but I think we are in the minority. Assumed innocent is absolutely a thing of the past now. And it's not just Spacey, it's how every allegation seems to be handled these days - I blame Facebook, Twitter and LBC, although not necessarily in that order. Bah.
They are also legitimate platforms for some people to have their voice heard, in a society where some may not want to go to court through fear or as is also the case, lack of finance. These streams of information can be very useful!
