Well,

£65k per week to two players still at Leeds.

Mills, Barmby, Duberry, Milosevic, McPhail.

A lot of the leeches were paid off this past July.

Bakke and Kelly combined.

Mills had a contract at Leeds until 2009 worth just over £6million, when we were about to go into admin/liquidation he accepted an offer of £1.9 million as a 'pay off' and this has been paid in instalments.

Barmby when he went to Hull had his contract 'paid up' so he could leave but agreed to not have it as one lump sum but to have it in instalments.

Our wage bill is about £15million, this will fall substantially next summer.

Did anyone like us before Hitler came along then? The bile that has been written on here by Brighton fans would suggest not.

Hitler is a genocidical bigoted madman but he is our genocidical bigoted madman and I'm happy enough with what he has done. We were 72 hours from liquidisation, Ridsdale left the club up shit street without a paddle we're paying for his idiocy. Next season the last of the Ridsdale Leeches will be paid off and we'll be back in business. Would that have happened without Hitler - nope.

The fact no one likes us Nazis is fine, who wants to be a liked namby pamby political party that people are indifferent about?

As for Ridsdale, and as someone who visited (and was arrested several times) Kirby Lonsdale I am glad he won't be returning to the ground that was sold from under us thanks to his ridiculous ideals.

The man is a wanker and deserves all he gets. He will never been forgiven.

Hitler delivered a wonderful definition for The Shysters in our programme tonight and gave the Buck one a lesson or two. Heh

.......if Adolf Hitler rode in today, they'd send a limousine anyway.....and welcome him with open arms if he promised to buy a player or two

PS - Is anyone else pleased to see Cardiff doing well? I know it's early days but they've made a good start. I'm really pleased mainly for Dave Jones who I think is an underrated manager. His record at all his clubs stands up well.
Agreed, I think Dave Jones is a fine manager. Love how he has also suddenly dug up Welsh grandparents too :D

Yet he was signed AFTER Risdale knew the extent of the impending meltdown..

wtf was he thinking

Untrue.

Here's the full story:

City boss Sam backing Ridsdale

South Wales Echo, Aug 21 2006

...

Hammam said today: 'Having spoken to four witnesses I am totally satisfied that Peter Ridsdale's behaviour before, during and after the game at Elland Road was impeccable and totally in line with accepted behaviour.
That's the bit I don't understand.

What exactly does Sam mean by "totally in line with accepted behaviour"?

I can only assume that he means that after Cardiff scored, Peter Ridsdale leapt out of his seat and shouted "Please stay off the pitch at the final whistle so Sam and the lads can do a lap of honour...!"

... never to be forgotten :lolol:

Bates and Ridsdale are two sides of the same coin.

Disagree. Ridsdale is a fool, who let his heart rule his head. There were no complaints about him from Leeds fans when they were in the Chumpions League and challenging for honours, albeit on borrowed funds.

Bates however has always been a loudmouth twat who is far more interested in himself and how he can self publicise than in the game.

Oh there were. Just because they weren't reported doesn't mean everyone at Elland Road thought his business plan was hunky dory.

Unfortunately those who spoke out where arressted and/or banned from Elland Road.
