UK actor Keith Barron, who starred in sitcom Duty Free, has died aged 83 after a short illness.

Loved Duty Free back in the day. As a young teenager, we saw him walking in Norwich (he was in theatre there) and he gave me an autograph, which I lost I think.

He was in a lot of things on TV, reminded me of a poor mans Leslie Phillips.
Sad to hear of his demise.

A friend of mine met him in a newsagent opposite Hampton Court on a Sunday morning in 1993, he was very friendly apparently. R.I.P. Keith Barron.
