Yeah Ok, I'll stop posting about Tottenham, but when other people start the same threads as me, It never seems to be a problem with them. But I respect your views on the situation.

Things don't work out so he goes back to Spurs.

If I was a Spurs fan I would tell him to do one.

Liverpool still owed Spurs for about half the amount, so instead of paying that Spurs have got the player back.

Liverpool have received a nominal fee ( forget the headline figure of 12 million - it's meaningless )

The Defoe transfer was similar.
