Absolutely.

But when they offer money to a childrens respite hospice that is run entirely on donations and nothing else who then count that money into their budget or whatever but CIN then pull that funding the week it was due to be presented to give to an outdoor play area on a council estate for fit and able children instead it sort of leaves a bad taste. It was two years ago but I hold grudges. ;)

i take your point on that , that would leave a bitter taste in my mouth too, another case of political correctness gone mad again i bet
