keane is past it, just ask west ham.
anyway they would much rather have signed CMS.

Think they are owned by Thailand businessmen.

I'd love to see Leicester screw it up.

How does Sven convince these rich men to part with their cash? Considered to be Lazio's finest manager, but he managed to get through something like £250m+ in his four years there. Since then, bollocks galore, but still commands a massive wage. Is his sidekick, Mr Grip, still following in his trail?

I see them as another Pompey waiting to happen.

Fox Sports report that Spurs and Republic of Ireland striker Robbie Keane is on his way to Los Angeles where he will undergo a physical ahead of signing a two-year, $8m contract with the LA Galaxy.

Sounds about right to be fair. Prob's going there for the good ol' 'Soccerball experience' rather than the cash though. I hope they don't get him to do a forward roll during that medical.

How the hell does Sven seem to get these plum jobs with loads of cash at his desposal? I would love to see what he would be like managing a team without top players or loads of cash!

And still he is not sucessful, just doesnt make sense

Leceister City were bought by Asian Football Investments (AFI), who are 'fronted' by King Power. The CEO is Vichai Raksriaksorn of said King Power.

King Power International Company limited
Thai Travel Retail, Based Bangkok.
Has over 10,000sq ft of space at BKK Int and other places.

Scandals:
In 2007 the Airports Authority of Thailand (AOT) ordered King Power out of Suvarnabhumi Airport as it found that they had colluded with politicians, AOT board members and AOT officials to open at the airport without permission from the government.

however they are still at BKK and in 2009 applied for more space!

In 2009, King Power and its staff were accused of being involved in an elaborate scam involving extortion of tourists at its Suvarnabhumi Airport outlets. A foreign couple were arrested for shoplifting an expensive wallet then instead of being handed over to the police they were taken to a hotel where they were threatened with lengthy jail terms unless they paid cash to secure their freedom. The couple allege they were innocent, that King Power were implicit in the scam and that a foreign mediator, a Sri Lankan named Tony handled the negotiations. King Power issued cctv footage of the couple allegedly shoplifting and a denial they or their staff were involved. After this story broke several other similar cases came to light.

Well I guess that sums up ownership and where the money comes from. Just wondered if the FA rules on 'ownership' were thoroughly applied. Let's hope so for footballs sake.

Sven will get one of the 10 strikers he is currently chasing at the 11th hour tomorrow but you can bet he's going to get shafted and end up paying £6 million for someone not worth half that amount, serves him right too.

Couldn't agree more +money doesn't guarantee success, this is a highly competitive division and Sven doesn't exactly have a good reputation for motivation and man management
