Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan & Armenia - Euro 2008

Just looking at the tables for Euro 2008 qualifying and noticed these 3 in Group A. How the fook can you say any of these are in Europe is beyond me!?!

Kazakhstan has borders with China FFS!! & the other two are further east than Syria, Jordan & Iraq, why not let them into Europe too?

Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan both are partially in Europe. Armenia isn't. Nor are Israel and Cyprus.

Other countries only partially in Europe but playing within UEFA are Russia, Georgia and Turkey.

Good result for Kazakhstan yesterday though, 2-2 against Belgium.

What's happened to Belgium. When I was a kid they were really good, didn't they come third in one World Cup? Now they're fifth in their group, maybe drop to sixth if Armenia get any points from their two games in hand.
