Fiat Uno £400. Worst car in the world. sunroof leaked so a nightmare when it rained. Useless engine. Horrid horrid car. Next one at £500 was a Ford fiesta now that was a rust bucket but a wonderful reliable nippy little car.

First car I bought myself was a Renault Clio for £8,500. I had a car before this that was bought for me. It was an old Ford Fiesta, and it really couldn't have cost my Dad very much, considering the state of it. But it taught me how to drive and gave me my independence.

Just paid £300 a month for 3 years and a cpl grand deposit... Worked out well as got 2 years free insurance too... That saved 3 k and it lasted me about 8 years with no problems... was the only brand new car i ever brought.
