Exactly this. How would thee first team regulars feel if he was earning 5k a week more?

We may have released a lot of high earners (PIG, Upson, Dave, Orlandi) and made good fees from Barnes, Bridcutt, Ulloa but that doesn't we can or should break our wage structure!

Maybe we can look for a long term on investment of the £££ into marginally higher wages across the squad but people are deluded if they think we'll bring in a star on shed loads more than everyone else. That won't go down well at all!
