Next POTS out the door?

Be careful what you wish for!
Contract expires 2026, it wouldn't surprise me! And it also wouldn't surprise me if it turned into a Sanchez or Caicedo style saga either.

We have so many young talented players that have ambitions at the highest level, we have to get accustomed to the fact that they will want to move on from Brighton sooner or later.

Bottom picture he's using a tension rope or weighted rope that as well as upper body will most certainly be working his core and legs for stability. No way any doctor or physio is allowing him to do that the day after a serious leg/knee injury.
Its core and upper, legs are fixed. Pallof iso hold I reckon - https://workoutlabs.com/exercise-guide/palloff-press-oblique-iso-hold/

If he’s had any serious injury he wouldn’t be in the gym at all to be honest, just interesting it’s all upper body or core exercises
