Brighton could be about to lose the services of on-loan midfielder Bradley Johnson.

The 21-year-old has been a big hit since arriving on the south coast in October, hitting three goals in six appearances for the Seagulls.

But Leeds manager Gary McAllister is considering recalling Johnson early from his loan spell as he attempts to halt his side's recent dip in form.

"The way results are, it might be time to bring everybody back to Elland Road. It's all hands to the pump," said the Scot.

It would be a shame to see him go back. But he hasn't been able to emulate the form he showed in the first couple of games for us. Saying that, I would like to see him stay because he does add an attacking threat from midfield.

So the answer (according to Macallister) to Leeds faltering prmotion push "its all hands to the pumps" is to bring back a player whose loan team are fourth from bottom of the third division - and where he has not exactlt set things alight,
