Every time I call Supporter Services I seem to speak with him, he's very helpful indeed and always resolves my queries without fuss. Good bloke.

Whilst I rarely call, the majority of simple ticket issues are dealt with efficiently and pretty promptly online.

Thing is if someone truly goes the extra mile and to be fair we have shared emails once/twice a week since august I would of just blocked me
