I'm actually quite excited about his appearance, tonight. Will he live up to all the hype about his "amazing life performances"? ???

Personally, I think the man's a cunt, and his so-called 'hip-hop' pretty dire. The fact that the BBC are continuing to put out this bullshit story that "hip-hop has finally come to Glastonbury" really makes me mad, as there's been hip-hop at Glasto for years. Jay-Z, imo, is a talentless f***.

So, I would love to see him be pelted with abuse - and preferably more - but we'll have to wait and see.

Im no Jaz Z fan but this is a decent performance and worthy of the Headline. Personally thought the Oasis opener was quality, can see Noel having hte right hump about it.

You can slate it all you want but youre kidding yoursleves. The crowd look like they are loving it. Saying that the Pyramid crowd are the lowest common denominator of person at GLasto anyway.

True, the Pyramid stagers aren't always the savviest! But you seriously reckon it's good?!! I think you're kidding yourself! Even this crowd's remarkably subdued for a headline spot. He does seem to have warmed up a bit now, fairplay, but this man is NOT the best hip-hop artist ever for f***'s sake!

Radio 5 live are reporting that pockets of the crowd have turned a little nasty and security guards have been pulling people out and police making arrests.

There has been fighting in the crowd, apparently between people enjoying the set and those who turned up simply to boo him.
