No word of a lie, I have just returned home from town, having seen our beloved penalty taker in town, probably on the lash. Is this the way to prepare for a game the following day?
He won't be playing anyway
Rather unproffesional of him though, although you have to say that he has the right to have a social life and spend it how he wishes

Surely he doesn't know he isn't involved NOW though? Or is he injured? Maybe I'm wrong, I just found it a bit hard to understand.
A manager normally announces his team the day before the match to his squad, unless their is a doubt over one player.
Jarrett is not in Slade's plans so therefore hasn't travelled with the squad, who I guess are staying somewhere in Colchester at the minute.
Sounds logical enough. In that case, why isn't he in the team?! Fraser ahead of Jarrett?!?!

So you saw a footballer who is unlikely to be in the squad out and 'probably' on the lash? Wow.

Fraser ahead of Jarrett?!?!
My post last night was partially influenced by alcohol, so I apologise for the 'probably on the lash' bit. But he was dressed up all smart and heading for the seafront, so I don't think its unreasonable to assume he was off for a big one. I can't believe people rate Fraser ahead of Jarrett, christ.
So he might not even have had a drink then?
I cannot understand people having a pop at Jarrett as I think that generally he has shown that he has the quality that we desperately need.
