Jarvis Cocker Gig

Don't know if anyone on here is interested but Concorde 2 have announced a 'very special secret gig' today which, after phoning the venue, I have found to be Jarvis Cocker's first live solo show - it's about a week before his debut in London at Koko. I got 2 tickets (£13 each). It's 7th November and only went on sale this morning. Enojy!!

(Sorry, had too many of these in Brighton...horrific memories of turning up to a supposed secret Blur gig only to wake up chained to someone's ceiling in a gimp mask.)

yeah it's definite. I phoned the concorde and have already booked my tickets

Booked a stack of tickets for my niece and her buddies today.

Ended up going with said niece and while it's more her thing than mine I thought it was a pretty good little show.

The new album is very much early Pulp though - It/Freaks-ish. Not that that is a bad thing, mind.
