If I read it correctly, she chose to do the program knowing she was awaiting the results so I guess they didn't have much choice. Sadly the TV show folks (and the Sun) will love it.

Spare a thought for all the others who were told they had cancer today (some of whom will have little or no support). They are also worthy of sympathy.

A close friend said last night: “She was called into the Diary Room and spoke to her agent, then her consultant in the UK".

In that order.

I guess her agent has already spoken to her publisher and her ghost writer.

Why did she even go if she knew she was due results back to find out if she has cancer.

I really cannot stand the woman but I do wish her the best.

Only problem is, she will probably have a new boost of fame and will release books and tv shows, when to be honest, I was looking forward to never hearing from her again.

We should not be amazed that this publicity whore would use something like this to get more coverage - and yet I am.

Seriously, if you had just been diagnosed with cancer would you stay in a foreign country i na reality TV programme or would you get the next plane home and tell your nearest and dearest personally rather than them hear about it on TV?

Talk about selling your soul for a bit of publicity.
