Look out for JSFW 27B aswell.
I'm told that 200 cubic metres of concrete is being put in the foundations today - see concrete mixer lorries in action.
The white lines on the coach park are only temporary as there is still another layer of tarmac to go on.
The "Gate House" is being installed at the coach park entrance next week.
Poppy and lorry shot for those that like that sort of thing, ie me!

Mr. Blobby is standing in for me next week only. Thanks Mr. Blobby.

I must say, there's been a lot less digging down than I expected.

The poppy picture looks OUTSTANDING... even BEAUTIFUL, for a NATURAL AREA anyway.

I'm lead to believe that the basic pipe work and other bits and bobs will be installed in readiness if the ice age returns, as it's cheaper to put it in now than when when the stadium is up and running and the pitch is established.

Thanks Mr Straw, as ever.

Anyone know if that brown surface where the pitch is going to be is something that the builders put there themselves in preparation for it being grassed over, or just what you get if you keep digging deep enough?

There is 100% certain going to be no under soil heating
That's funny. After we had a match called off at Withdean due to cold weather last season, Martin Perry said we would now have undersoil heating as made sense and cheaper now than after stadium built.
