Absolutely !!!! AND they should get proper support when they get back. The way this government treats the arm services is nothing short of disgraceful.

I felt sorry for the person Jack assaulted but was glad he got away without a prison sentence.

Was very good ( saw it couple months back on Iplayer) , what struck me was how useless the Afghans were, pretty comical when involved in battles. That time that bloke got his gun shot out his hand and he walked off laughing to have a spliff was madness.

Likeable chap , fair play to our boys. Give them more money !

Top attitude form the guy as well; "this is my job, this what I'm paid to do".
Regardless of the right or wrongs of the war itself, he wasn't of this "I only joined up to learn a trade" mentality.
It's a shame the Army/Govt don't spend more* on assisting their people (anger management) after these traumatic tours, instead of only interveening after soemthings gone wrong. (*as well as spending more on suitable kit)
