i know wisbech well, lived up there in the fens for a while myself many moons ago. even played for the posh reserves while i was there.

It took a year to sell my pub three months to get out of my other two, nine months, three buyers three new houses lost to finally get our move. We were moving to a bigger house (6 beds) bigger small holding half the cost and a new business. Only downside is its the first time I've lived out of Sussex and will miss Harveys. and BHA and Sussex CCC and the downs and my mates and my parents. Second thourghts I don't want to move now

Lived in East Anglia for 30 years. If you can't live in Sussex then Cambridgeshire, Norfolk or Suffolk are very good replacements.

Gloucestershire deserves a mention as a decent place to live, outside Sussex, there are even hills a bit like the Downs. Good luck with the move.

We beat Wisbech 10-1 in the FA cup,and two weeks later beat Southend 9-1 in the League

Took 17 months to sell my flat, we had 7 buyers, 1 pulled out the day before exchange due to his fears of Radon gas levels in the area (FFS! he should look at the west country and wales if he wants really high radon levels!! ) and the last bitch was buying with divorce proceeds and we were assured it would take 6 weeks...it actually took 5 f**king months and in this time we lost the house we were trying to buy and our bitch buyer wouldn't wait for us, even though we waited for her, so we had to move into my in-laws for a bit (NIGHTMARE!!) We found another house which took 6 weeks to go through! I'm never moving again!
