Being in the tourist business I've worked three months in the past 15 (winter is off anyway). At 65 I'm playing safe and staying at home 24 hours a day.
Today, whilst doing what comes naturally after a cup of coffee, a certain part of my manly body was no longer visible under my protruding stomach.
Time for exercise and a diet.

I lost mine in a similar way about 3 years ago. 2 dropped stone later and I’m relieved to say it’s still there.

Great idea to diet and exercise back to willyvision.

Perhaps in the meantime you could pop a little flag in the end so that you can more easily locate it.
