Won't parts of the Amex be a building site by the beginning of June? I'm sure Tony Bloom mentioned on Albion Roar that he hopes the close season will see the additional tier on the east and the corners getting filled in? (Subject to planning approval - he thought an application would be submitted around Xmas).
