Getting into the Play Offs is only half the problem, beating two very good teams to emerge triumphant might be a bridge too far for the mighty Albion this season.

I personally think just getting into the play-offs is an achievement in itself. I also believe that once you are there, all bets are off - the previous 46 games don't count for anything. Anything could happen, just a bit of luck, a late goal, an injury to a key player... You have a one in four chance, simple as that.

Defo this.

If we are to make the play offs, which I'm slowly but surely think we can do, I'd actually to like to do so in 6th place.

That way we'd be playing either Reading or West Ham, who could well be totally deflated after missing out on automatic after their dog fight.

One thing's for sure, I don't want to meet Blackpool, who I think have got the measure of us, whether it be Hollaway or Phillips, or probably both.

We'll not make the play offs.

Middlesboro home - win

Burnley away - lose.

Reading home - lose.

West ham away - lose.

Watford home - win.

Birmingham home - draw.

Barnsley away - draw.

8 out of 21

changed the boro to home win.

I guess the good thing about constantly having a half glass empty view is that you must have regular high points each day as things turn out better than you expected. :)

All the teams with games in hand are playing Tuesday - after that we shall have a good idea of our chances - could slip down the table.
Only Birmingham & Middlesbrough can go above us with their game in hand. Boro away to Ipswich on tuesday, cant see them getting 3 pts there, then play us on saturday ...so thats back in our own hands even if they do beat Ipswich. Brum away to Doncaster who'll be desperate for a win on Friday so theres every chance they'll drop points too. Forget the others Gus will make sure we do what we have to.
