LATE NEWS - TONIGHT'S GUEST IS GOAL HERO COLIN KAZIM-RICHARDS!!

The next meeting of Seagulls over London is being held tonight.
With CKR (aka the CCK) being there - especially after his terrific goal last night - there should be plenty to celebrate. Everyone is very welcome. But get there early!!

SoL background
If you live or work in the capital, you’ll get a lot from joining Seagulls over London. It’s a chance to hear about all things Albion, from the inside. A chance to meet other Seagulls fans and talk about the things that really matter – like whether Withdean’s ghastly greaseburgers will ultimately give way to polenta palaces and sushi bars at Falmer.

We normally meet on the third Thursday of every other month. The venue is the Royal Oak, Tabard Street (nearest tubes London Bridge and Borough). And just to make you feel at home, it sells Harvey’s. SoL membership will cost you a hefty fiver a year. That’s right. Five Quid.

Kick-off on is 7.30pm. We’re expecting a healthy turnout, so get there early because it’s first come, first served.

The next meeting of Seagulls over London will be held on November 23rd - this coming Wednesday. Please note this is a one-off change to our regular Thursday booking.

We are hoping there will be guests from the playing staff on the night. Both Kerry Mayo and Charlie Oatway have been invited, and Matt Hicks is hoping to make it too. But with this weekend's Palace game and the Sussex Senior Cup tie coming up, we may only be able to confirm everything finally on the day. But of course, the Falmer decision means there should be plenty to celebrate, and so everyone is very welcome.

Sure, but you will be required to swear the Oath of Allegiance in front of everybody -- including the bit about forsaking all Others.

Then there's the entrance test, including naming the entire 1958 championship winning squad. And finally, that special moment -- your a cappella singing of Sussex by the Sea - in tune, and all five verses too.

If you can manage all that, then it's just the official SoL funny handshake (not too firm and manly, mind, this is Brighton after all) and you're in.

See you there!
