I only ask, because, never before, have I seen a player run at defenders, and beat them, without actually TOUCHING the BALL. Its like he casts a spell on them, or performs some kind of Jedi mind trick.

I just think that, because he is so good on his feet, defenders delay putting in a tackle on the basis that, by the time they complete that tackle, RV is no longer there, has virtually disappeared and they do not wish to look stupid.

I Googled him, and discovered that indeed he is...

Watch that free kick he won against Portsmouth in slow motion (the one he scored from) and tell me that he isn't a Jedi!

He is surrounded by a force field. When opponents try to tackle him and get the ball, they fail and fall over. He doesn't touch them, and they don't touch him, he runs at them and they appear to bounce off, watch the Portsmouth video.

This all feels so unreal .......... i am pretty sure that i am not dreaming but i just don't understand................have been replaying in my mind last nights match ..............keep remembering the run and shot against the bar and also the other run down the right side when god knows how many derby players seem to sort of run alongside Vicente and then sort of follow him as he weaved left and right.......it is more than just flair i don't know if there is word to fully describe it?

Watch the "Derby player" post match interview with their player Buxtin (think that is his name) the interviewer asks him about Lua Lua and Vicente - he replies that Lua Lua is pretty good but doesn't even mention Vicente. I am sure that his eyes seem to glaze over as if in a trace............ DEFINATE PROOF THAT VICENTE IS A JEDHI AND HIS POWERS LAST NOT ONLY DURING THE MATCH..........................

"You don't need to get the ball, this is not the tackle your looking for."

"When as many international caps you have reached, as good as me you will be not"

"The mistake have you made against me, yet losing you are ... a different game you should play."

"Unexpected this is. And fortunate. How this english championship is so easy."

"Fear against my skill is the path to the losing side"
