[Brighton] Is this our West pier going up in flames?

Been so long since I saw the West Pier in all it's glory ...
Can anyone confirm if this is indeed the Brighton West Pier going up in flames?

On a secondary point, does anyone recognise the foreground? Could it be Yorkie in her hey-day?

Our West Pier was certainly not in that condition when it caught fire, it had been closed since 1975 and I believe the fire was in 2003, so no, it’s not our West Pier.

You can only see the ''West of the Pair'' in that photo

The ''East of the Pair'' is secluded by the bottle of Coca Cola and her hair
