Just hearing the Carlisle 'World' live commentary, where home players are referred to by their first names, or even nicknames. "Good ball from Simon there... Well done, Murph. etc..." And you hardly hear Albion players mentioned by name, almost certainly because the comms haven't bothered to learn them.
Whereas our very own Andrew Hawes always sounds professionally neutral, describing the play objectively, in true BBC fashion. And makes a special point of learning the opposition players' names.
