Just pointing out that SE25 and SE19 are actually pretty close to each other. It takes me just over 20 minutes walking to get from the ground to the triangle.

Not for much longer I don’t think.

Like a lot of London when I walk up the Holmsdale road from the rabbit hole to the ground it seems every week a house is being done up with mercs and Teslas parked outside. They are nice houses to be fair and a semi costing over £500000 not cheep.

Even the flats in the blocks are over £35000, the whole area is unrecognisable from when I as bought up there 50 odd years ago. It was quite rough in the 70s and 80s.
