BasketMakers doesn't sell Harveys (or it didn't last time I was in)

Hmm thought it did the last time I was there. That was a while ago though.

I'm not sure the Basketmakers sells Harveys as it is a Fullers pub, however it might as Fullers have just bought the Lewes Arms in Lewes and have agreed to stock Harveys there. This was in exchange for Fullers being sold in a London Harveys pub.

The Napier definitely doesn't sell Harveys, it's my local!

I like to consider myself as the Brighton Harveys expert!

Definitely no Harveys in the Basketmakers.

Always slightly dissapointed by what they serve up in the Nelson despite the fact it's a tide house... Definitely have one in the Great Eastern, one of the best pints of Best I've had recently... Would also recommend the Reservoir. The Office sells Harveys too. Would also HIGHLY recommend the Foundry and the Heart and Hand for the quality of their Harveys. Plus the Waggon and Horses and Fitzherberts. The Cricketers ALWAYS seems to have "just run out" of Harveys, would recommend the Bath Arms as an alternative.

Also, instead of getting a cab, I'd get one in the Caroline of Brunswick and the Druids Arms (and possibly the Mitre if you're feeling up to it) on your way to Hanover.

Here is my HARVEYS LIST OF SHAME, for pubs in Brighton where I have had unpleasant pints on more than one occasion and wouldn't go back again:

The Victory (Duke Street) - Tasted of metal
The Hampton - Lumpy and cloudy (but told that it was fine!)
The Druids Head - Far too frothy, and cloudy.

The most consistently good pints of Best in Brighton & Hove (to my knowledge):

The Battle of Trafalgar
The Great Eastern
The Waggon and Horses
The Foundry (fantastic little pub that I only just discovered)
Fitzherberts (also only @2.50 a pint )
The Greys
The Lion and Lobster
The Neptune
The Cooper's Cask

Oh dear, have I been drinking too much?!
