Is there much point having a vote for MOTM each match.....

Maybe we should have a "Man of the match not called Liam" award and give everyone else a chance?

Was another blinder today though, he's the quiet underpin of the team the last couple of seasons.

Thought he didn't have his best game today, not by his recent standards anyway. Still, no-one else stood out and so I thought he was MOTM too.

Wow we must have been watching different games. Totally bossed it for me, with some ridiculous skill around the 70 min mark to boot as well.

Bridcutt was class again today and once again thoroughly deserved to be MOTM. He always seems to be there shutting opposition down, and that bit of skill was quality!

:lolol: What, REALLY?
Yeah, really, thought he did his same old job of breaking up play and generally making it difficult for them. That being said, he wasn't as good as against Newcastle hence my initial comment of "not the best by his standards".

Poyet says he thinks Barnes was mom...Far from it for me to suggest our manager is wrong but it always amazes me how people see the game differently. If it was just on the first half alone I thought Lopez was the stand out player. Not so effective in the second but even so a great performance.

Lopez was good first half. Barnes was good apart from beating players, he seems to get the ball stuck under his feet. He needs someone closer to him so they can pass the ball around the defence rather than have to run through it
