Is Paul Camillin on a WIND UP?

Tonight we "restored pride to the shirt"

Now, I might not have been at the game, but from audio commentary i'm CERTAIN we didn't out play them...and we lost...and we're OUT of the cup.

How the HELL is that restoring pride?!?!

It sounded like we had be in control of the game until a fortuitous penalty decision (which Camillin was apoplectic about) swayed it in their favour. On that basis, its a fair enough thing to say isn't it?

surely PC is just another member of the "spin" team, moulded by DK...?

I agree 100% with the above comments. The man is a moron.

I don't think Camillin IS a moron though. He's a nice bloke, particularly helpful on here, and usually decent on the radio.

But what he was playing at tonight I don't know!!

Camillin calls the games through the eyes of a (very optimistic/positive) Brighton fan, which ruins the game for me.

Surely the title of this thread is a bigger wind up!

The commentary was fine. At least the fella showed some passion and a partisan attitude for the team.

Perhaps if we all took a similar leaf at Withdean, we might just spur the team onto a bit of success.

It was noisey enough during the Championship years, it was noisey enough at the Man City game, perhaps we should all take a closer look at ourselves and start backing the team rather than continually bemoaning everything and everone associated with the club!

After several losses this season players and Adams have come out and thanked the fans for their support, praising the way they got behind the team, these occurred after we lost. We should get behind the teams, we're fans it's the way it should be, but the team isn't failing because the fans aren't supporting them.

I would rather listen to Paul doing the commentary than the dildo Pompey fan who was brought in as a replacement during Lickergate.

Can only presume those slating PC out of all proportions to his crime of being optimistic are youngsters who frankly ain't fit to clean Paul's boots given what he does for the Albion.

If you didn't like the commentary fair enough. But get a sense of perspective before rattling off your latest Mr Angry of Sussex cyber-contribution.
