Any one who fires someone who has suffered the injury problems we have and hasn't had the backing to bring in replacements/loans to cover the obvious gaps, while expecting better than mid-table from a guy who has been in charge for five minutes is not fit to run a football club regardless of how much money he pumps in to it.

No - but he definitely needs to start using some of his Spanish connections to strengthen the squad and quick. As others have said, I'm not expecting much this season - it was always going to be a transitional season with him coming in so late and knowing very little about Championship football. I have greater hopes for next season when I expect us to be pushing for the play offs.
