Isnt Bank station closed on Saturdays so it means a walk but I am not sure how long so has anybody any idea of how long it takes if using the northern line to get to the central line.

Isn't closed as far as I'm aware.

There was a long running limited interchange with monument, but that's open again.

From London Bridge, I'd simply get on the Jubilee Line and change at Statford - much easier.

Plus the Jubilee Line makes that weird noise and has an extra set of doors.

I'm not sure either are closed as a matter of course.

They were pissing around with the interchange there for ages.

You can either go one stop to bank and get on the central line, but personally I'd take the Jubilee up to Statford, since it's so straightforward to get on it at London Bridge.

I still forget about that line (especially the new bits) and still think it goes into Charing Cross (which is hasn't for years)

Personally I am getting the central, since I am meeting Beachy who is spending the morning ticking off trains in his book at the end of the platform at London Bridge and doing a bit of brass rubbing at St. Pauls.

cant be as stressful as watching Brighton play though so i should be alright i only use the tube maybe 10-15 times a year so why is my way more stressful?

I like the weird noise the Jubilee line makes.

Personally, the Jubilee line is so easy to get on at London Bridge and you haven't got the flap about at Bank.

But as always, better the way you know. Safe journey.
