In response to Thunder Bolt's request, I immediately binned off this squabble and replied to the points raised in your last post. The fact that you have chosen only to reply to the squabble one rather than the one about the subject matter says a lot about you and your right to the moral high ground on this one.

No I genuinely didn't see it. I'm at work and don't have time to follow ever post. Good for you if you have a job that allows this

I’m giving the West Brom game a swerve due to the lack of lack of chips in the catering area. I’m outraged.

I’ll be writing to Barber telling him I’ll be giving the cup game a miss directly because of his high handed crackdown on fans’ own drinks which a stadium like West Ham’s DO NOT DO. And I’ll wish him the best of luck in filling those 30,000 seats with his new “customers”

You do remember that people had to remove bottle tops at Withdean? They were routinely removed at the burger and hot dog kiosk, at least for a time.

Convenient. If only NSC had a facility to tell you where you'd been quoted.

He uses this excuse all the time. The last time he crawled back on here to fill the board up with pointless self-rightous drivel I picked him up on it. He responded to the minutiae of one of the responding posts and, when picked up on it, stated that he didn't know how notifications worked.

I think I’m getting a bit bored with all the incessant moaning about frankly trivial matters and imagined slights.

I think that we have a CEO who will personally respond (at length) to every e-mail he receives from individual fans.
A chairman who sits and shares a can of Stella with random fans, on the train back from away matches.
Club representatives made available not just for the one annual forum you mention, but also disparate supporters' groups (Seagulls over London, Seagulls over Burwash ffs!).

If anything 'access' to 'the club' for each individual fan, is greater now than it has ever been.

Okay, I get your being loyal to our club, but it is plain to see that we are just bods and not valued, as the club have more customers than they can handle.

As a customer, we hold NO cards at all.

Keep sucking up, they like that in the corporate world and you're obviously very good at it.

See the bigger and longer-term future as this is just the beginning, go on open your mind up, dare you to.

How is this different to anywhere else?

Is it plain to see? How? I think it is fair to say that most folk on here do not seem to share your obsession with the CEO's imagined shortcomings with regard to the latest furores. Your last sentence smacks of a degree of arrogance -presumably you can see the bigger picture and others can't?

Well, you haven't done badly considering that you are supposed to be at work. Is this what a good (your description of yourself) old-fashioned socialist does, when taking the employer's cash?

Maybe they are unhappy with the way they are treated?

I don't know, all I care about is the way BHA are I only see needless control from the top.

I get not everyone will see it or even care, until it involves them, that the way some people are.

Yes, there is some arrogance there, but when dealing with arrogant posters I tend to match up to converse on their level.

I am right brain dominant and only 5-10% of the population are so I do not expect to be in a majority over this, but it also doesn't make me wrong.

I just think it's unreasonable that Seniors shouldn't have access to a hot drink at a game in the middle of winter. Due to the flask ban and the crap clogged catering queues, the only way they can do so is by missing out on a chunk of the game they've come to see in order to have easy access to the hot drink catering. Doesn't affect me personally, but feel for those that ARE affected by it. Can get wickedly cold at the Amex.

Presumably you'll agree then that my leaving 5 minutes early so I don't sit in my car for an hour in car park C (it is an hour, I counted the minutes) should be compensated for some how so I can watch the entire game - special reserved parking place and police escort out of the car park? ???

(I have legitimate medical reasons for not having to sit for an hour in my car, by the way; normally it's fine but sometimes it isn't and occasionally it's catestrophic).

Nah. First world problems.

edit: isn't being offended on behalf of others liable to get you grief from NSC's broflakes? ???

I think I'm out of this thread now. Not sure I have read such a load of old bollocks (not your post specifically, I mean the whole shitfest) in a long time.

Common problem to forget to register your children for seagulls juniors when you have 6 years to do so

Well at least I'm forewarned. I'm left handed so when I'm finally in the daddy lane i'll make sure i get that sorted pronto. Wouldn't want to make a mistake like that.
