No.....he raises his hat to the south stand singers when asked to....so seemly he is a good manager

trouble is we change managers like Steve Coppell changes ladyboys....

maybe its actually the club senior management?

anything but a win on Tuesday, only then he must go. We are a football club, dependant on RESULTS. I love Slade, but we must be sensible.

The results on Tuesday and Saturday are those that count. A loss on Tuesday means that anything less than a win at Tranny will see the hapless trio getting their P45's.

i genuinely dont want slade to go - but if we don't pick up at LEAST three points from the next two games then i am afraid he may well have to

Constant changing of managers is not the answer just look at Southampton. We need a bit of stability. The problem is that we do not have a settled side and we need some older heads with a bit of know how and able to organise the younger players during a game. We should not expect to suddenly have a great side, they are developed over time. The side is crying out for a leader in the middle of the park and ' Foster' or ' Butters" type at the back. There is no doubt the present team will not get us up and I sure Slade is aware of this.

Are we really that poor that we need to be sacking our manager now?

We just need to cut out the little silly mistakes, I am sure we will come good.

A win on Tuesday will change everything!

No - We need to cut out a the f***ing GREAT BIG MISTAKES! Employing slade is looking to be one of them!

The poll last week was 76% in so there has been a major shift in the wrong direction for Slade. Time is running out for him.

I am backing the man.

Perhaps some of you that wanted rid of Wilkins and agreed with knight chopping him are starting to regret it now.

Slade in - as it will all click in to place soon and changing managers is no guarantee of success.

Would you be kind enough to tell us how soon it will all click into place ? Another 12 games ?
